We log your IP address and any prompts you send to live agents on this site for rate-limiting and abuse detection. Prompts are processed by our AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate responses, and the site runs on Vercel and Supabase infrastructure. Beyond those processors, nothing is shared with third parties, sold, or linked to other data. Logs are retained for 30 days.

If you sign in for gated content, we also store the email address you sign in with, solely to check access and keep your session working.
